Training and continuous professional development for consumer, market and sales researchers form part of the core tasks of the GfK Verein. These activities include the GfK Academy, which is primarily geared towards executives in senior and middle management in Germany and abroad, with training focusing on issues relating to knowledge-based marketing management.
In addition, the GfK Verein has long-standing relationships with national and international universities and has particularly close ties with the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where it also endows the chair for Marketing Intelligence.
